Breakfast Acai Bowl with Cold-pressed Juice (Vegan, Gluten-free, Raw, Refined Sugar-free)

Few days ago I received a set of cold-pressed juices from the Hong Kong Juice Company. They are kind enough to send me their Signature 5 Premium Cleanse which includes 5 bottles of 473ml cold-pressed juices made using USDA/JAS/EU vegetables and imported fruits in our signature 5 HK Juice Co. bottles. Since I don't think I'm ready for a juice cleanse yet, I used them to create a series of scrumptious vegan and gluten-free food. And I will post these recipes in the coming weeks so stay tuned! <3 The first one will be this breakfast acai bowil made with BOTTLE O’ BRAVADO ( Blueberry, Strawberry, Kiwi, Pear, Dragonfuit) and the almond mylk from the Hong Kong Juice Co.








Ingredients:

1/4 cup almond mylk
1/4 cup BOTTLE O’ BRAVADO
2 cups frozen berries (here I used blueberries)
1 cup frozen bananas
1 scoop protein powder
3 capsules of Organic Burst Acai
1 tsp cranberry powder from Arctic Power Berries

Toppings:

Raw coconut yogurt from QUO Kefir Believers
Raw cacao nibs from Big Tree Farms
Bluberries
Pomegranate


Directions:

Just place everything into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour it into a bowl and decorate with your choice of toppings.
