Superfood Raw Protein Bar (Raw, Vegan, Gluten-free)

These protein bars are one of my favorite recipes, they are good as snacks, pre- or post-workout. And they are so easy to make! 


1 cup mixed nuts
1 cup shredded coconut

1 1/3 cup juicy dates, pitted
6 tbsp hemp protein powder
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp dried goji berries
1 tsp pure vanilla
1 tsp Spirulina powder
1 tbsp Maca powder
1/2 cup water


1. Add the dates and nuts into a food processor until a dough-like mixture is formed
2. Then add all other ingredients except water and continue to process
3. Add water bit by bit until desired consistency is achieved
4. Press the mixture to a bread tin lined with baking sheets and place it in the freezer for at least half an hour
5. Take it out from the freezer and cut it into bars
6. Enjoy
