Raw Zucchini Pasta with Raw Walnut Pesto (Raw, Vegan, Gluten-free)

Ingredients:

1 cup basil leaves
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup walnuts
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice from 1 lime
2 garlic cloves
Pinch of sea salt to taste
2 tbsp nutritional yeast


Directions:

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. 
You can add a bit of water or olive oil to obtain your desired consistency.
