Raw Cacao Mousse Cake (Raw, Vegan, GF, Sugar-free)

Ingredients:

 Crust

1 cup oats
1 1/2 cups dates

Cake

2 cups cashews
2 heap tbsps Loving Earth cacao powder
1 cup water
1 sachet Four Sigma Foods instant chaga
Juice from 2 limes
1 cup dates
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:


Crust

  1. Place the oats in a food processor, then process them into powder form.
  2. Then, add the dates and process again until it all starts to stick together, forming a dough-like mixture.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a rectangular loaf pan and place it in the freezer.


Cacao mousse cake

  1. Place all ingredients of the mousse cake into a blender or food processor and blend everything until becomes smooth and creamy.
  2. Took the crust out of the freezer.
  3. Pour the mixture onto your crust and freeze it overnight.
  4. Cut them into slices (or eat it directly with a spoon if you cant wait) and enjoy! J
