Post-workout Avocado Smoothie (Raw, Vegan, GF, Sugar-free)

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut water
½ avocado
½ cup frozen banana
½ cup frozen pineapple
½ tsp spirulina
½ tsp Four Sigma Foods Winning Superfood Blend


Direction:

Place all the ingredients into a blender (I use Vitamix) and process until smooth.

You can top your smoothie with some cacao powder and blueberries.
